Revert the subtraction of signal into the un-subtract original particles then align

hi, I did the subtraction of the particles then align into a single map. Still then, heard it was impossible to revert them into the original particles of un-subtracted particles. I wonder that, with the updated version, is it possible to align the original particles so that I have my unsubtracted particles using my alignments from the subtracted ones?

thanks!

You can do this with both the old and the new version.

You just need to replace the particles.blob slot from the subtracted particles (after refinement) with the particles.blob slot from your original particles, when you are creating the job of your choice (e.g. a local refinement or homogeneous reconstruction).
