Revert signal-subtracted particles to original particles before local refinement

Hi,

Is there a way to revert signal-subtracted particles to the original ones in cryoSPARC? I did 3D-VA with cluster mode on my subtracted particles, and selected one cluster for further processing. However, the mass remained after particle subtraction is only ~50 kD, which would be too small to do local refinement. My plan is to revert the selected cluster to the original particles, and then make a bigger mask covering 150-200 kD mass for local refinement.

Yes - you can do this using the expanded inputs. Just replace the particle.blob input with the one from the unsubtracted particles (leaving alignments etc untouched)
