Report center of mask in volume tools log

Hi,

It would be useful (for setting center in downstream vol alignment tools job) if the center of the mask created in volume tools was reported somewhere in the log.

Also for volume alignment tools, it would be useful to be able to automatically recenter on the supplied mask, without having to manually calculate the center - this would eliminate one common source of user error.
