Hi! I was running cryosparc live (v3.3.2) during collection and had some promising particle picks/ class averages. When I restart the processing in cryosparc v4.5.3, I am having trouble finding those same particle picks/ classes in the same dataset (even if I’m mimicking the same settings I used during live). Are there settings in 2D Class that i can try to change that are more likely to mimic how the classification works on live? I’ve tried to increase EM iterations and a few other things but nothing has worked so far. I’m trying to avoid re-copying the data.
