Renaming ssd disks

Hi Cryosparc team

This may be a problem of my own creation but I renamed and remounted my ssd disks on my workstation . and re-created the symbollic link in the cryosparc install directory ( ./run/cache --> my_new_ssd_mount ) now when I import a new dataset cryosparc only copies the meta-data star file to the newly defined scratch disk but not the stack . Normally for a new dataset a cache-miss occurs and it then proceeds to coppy the stack to the disk.

Cryosparc definitely sees my stack but does not do the coppy. is the easiest solution to run cryosparc configure ? I was trying to avoid doing that since I only needed a small change to the SSD

Thank you

Sincerely

Hi
Sorry about this but I can’t reproduce the error. I recreated the symlinks to the scratch disk and it now produced the necessary cache miss for a new dataset everything works well.
