Hi, is there a way to separate duplicated particles without location info? presumably by the UID or just by particles image itself?
Please can you describe the history of the particle set that you wish to de-duplicate, including but not limited to
- why location info is not available
- how the UIDs where created
- whether, based on (2.), it is guaranteed that two particles whose UIDs differ are not in fact the same particle. This guarantee may not apply if, for example, the set includes particles that arose from multiple picking jobs over the same exposures.
