I want to process my data with a subset of frames. I am combining it with patch motion correction. I am inputing the output from import movie job where I have entered the total electron dose. My question is do we need to adjust the dose and fill it in the patch motion job manually or does the program automatically adjust it based on number of frames and the total electron dose entered in import movie job?

Hi @kplkmrgoutam,
You will not need to override anything or enter anything manually - the “total dose” is divided by the total number of frames in the input movie to get the per-frame dose, and this is what is used for exposure weighting in patch motion, so you can just change the patch motion start and end frames to get the desired result.
