Remove Duplicates tuning integrated into Inspect Picks job

Remove Duplicates is of course a great and necessary feature, but I find sometimes that it raises questions for me regarding what it’s throwing out vs what it’s keeping. I get the sense sometimes that it’s making decisions I don’t agree with (good particles rejected, bad particles kept, for reasons possibly related to user error…). I know you can pick the metric by which Remove Duplicates makes those decisions, but the visual inspection afforded by the Inspect Picks job would be really useful for getting a sense of what’s going into the particle stack without having to test out several rounds of remove duplicates, checking what it rejected, etc. It would be great if we could see what effect the radius and the ‘keep/reject duplicate’ metrics were having on the identified particles.

For reference I’m running version 4.3.1. Please disregard if this is already somehow a feature in newer versions–I’m planning to update as soon as I can but it’s not an option at this moment. And please let me know if there is already a way to do this currently that I haven’t thought of, aside from remove duplicates + inspect picks + curate micrographs with a particle input. Thanks.
