Remember particles coordinates after importing particles.star

Hi cryoSPARC developers,

Since we have the function of removing duplicated particles, can you save the coordinates information of the imported particle stack?

Hi @Pengxin,

When you import from a particles.star, if it has the correct fields then the locations of the particles will be preserved. You will need to import and connect the micrographs as well so that cryoSPARC can see which particles came from which micrograph.

Hi Ali,

Thanks for your reply.I will try to import mics as well to enable some functions.

PS: The particles.star file contain the imagename field, in principle, we can split this file to invividual files and don’t need to import mics separately (What we are currently doing in order to remove duplicates.)
