Hello All,
In the guide it’s mentioned regarding the junk detector job that:
The Micrograph Junk Detector is most often used between particle picking (like Blob or Template Picker) and Extract From Micrographs to avoid extracting junk picks. It can also be used to reject particle images which have already been extracted.
I am at a bit of a loss in terms of the inputs here, and any advice would be appreciated. I already have the labelled micrographs from the junk detector job before blob picking. How do I then use that to reject picked particles which are in the identified junk area?
I’ve tried using the labelled micrographs (from the junk detector job) in the inspect picks job, but I couldn’t find any of the junk information in the interactive window. How would we go about rejected particles picked from junk areas exactly? Do we need to rerun the job after picking?
Thank you.
