Hey everyone, I wanted to bring up an idea again – would it be possible to add an option to pause a cryoparc job while it’s running? It would be incredibly helpful for making adjustments to configurations, like adding or releasing GPUs, and tweaking other settings, then being able to restart from where it left off.

A related request - make it possible to restart failed jobs from intermediate states please! Having to redo 15 hrs of computation because of server instability or other problems is very annoying

Thanks @amerani @kpahil. We noted your requests. Please see this post under a related topic. A full implementation of job resumption would require regular saving of more job state information to persistent data storage, which would consume storage capacity and, perhaps more importantly, additional time. We will provide updates if there are changes on this front.
