Reimport subset of movies?

Hi,

Quite often, after performing an initial round of processing (including exposure curation), we will redo processing with the calibrated pixel size.

In such situations, it would be useful to have a way to import a subset of movies (e.g. using the accepted_movie blob selected by exposure curation). There is currently no easy way to do this using the GUI - it requires one to manually symlink the subset of movie files to a directory from which they can be imported.

Or the ability to change the input pixel size (and re-do CTF estimation)… e.g. in the Patch CTF job.

Yup, both ways would be so much more practical compared to the current workflow!
