Refine fulcrum point during refinement

The choice of fulcrum point during local refinement is quite important and can affect both the final quality of the reconstruction and the convergence radius (how likely it is to find the optimal solution). I would love to have an option to refine the fulcrum point between refinement cycles to minimize the change in angle and shift.
