Hello! I encountered an odd result when running RBMC on a particle stack. I had three sets of particles contributing to three different maps going into the job. The hyperparameter optimization stage seems to have gone fine, but I see a really unusual slice in the FCC heatmap. I’m wondering if this has been observed before.
Hi @r-karimi,
Wow, I’ve never seen that before. Are the movies TIFF format? My first thought is that there might be something wrong with the third frame in the raw movies… If you have means by which you can easily inspect a specific raw frame, have a look at the third frame in a few movies and see if it’s normal. If not, and if you can share one movie with us, let me know and I can send you instructions to send us a movie for inspection.
If you’re blocked on this, you could try processing the individual particle stacks individually, though obviously that’s not ideal.

Hi Harris, thanks for your reply. I just got back to reprocessing this dataset and observed a more reasonable set of dose weights this time. Perhaps it was an issue with the movies or a bug that the latest version of cryoSPARC fixed. Either way, it seems to be working now. Thank you for your suggestions!
