Has anyone had reference based motion correction give no results
Another error I encountered for a different data set is the gain file shows as corrupted
I suspect the crash is caused by the spaces in the filename…

@rshek Please can you provide additional information regarding the reference based motion correction job:
- any non-default parameters
- the number of particles and the box size
- job status: did the job complete? If not, please post the final lines of the Event Log and the final lines of the job log (to be found under Metadata|Log)
If
did not resolve the problem with the gain reference, please open a separate forum topic for this separate issue.
