Reference based motion correction error

Hi, during the RBMC job, error occurs.
I checked the file directory, there exists the gain reference file…
what can I do for this?

Is the filename correct? The ‘e’ of “reference” is not usually replaced with an underscore…

Yes… ‘Gainreferenc’
this wrong filename is correct :smiling_face_with_tear:

  • on the CryoSPARC master computer
    # after substituting the RBMC job's actual project and job identifiers
