Reference based 2d classes selection job is not working

Hello,

Recently, I was trying to use reference-based auto-select 2D classes, but when I launched the job, it showed that no SSD was available. We are using Cryosparc V4.5.3. I am not sure whether it is an issue with the version or a glitch.

There are some jobs (particle simulation is another one) which shouldn’t need an SSD, but appear hard-coded to require one without the option of disabling it.

If the CryoSPARC instance was installed with --nossd caching, there isn’t anything you can do.

@nikhil Please can you try if this issue is resolved by updating CryoSPARC?
