We have done a long image processing pipeline for a helical sample and have a final reconstruction at 2.5Å. However, we have now figured out that the pixel size is a bit off (~1.5%). The obvious course of action is to remeasure resolution using the postprocess job and get a map with the right pixel size. But, we are worried that the inaccuracy in pixel size might have led to slight distortions in the helical parameters during refinement. So, our question is what is the least painful way of doing our final helical refinement with the right pixel size.
