Is there any way to recover the data? I can’t see any jobs in the interface, and in the terminal, I can only see the job folder, but it is empty. It seems there is no way to recover it from the data backup.
Any other alternative way to recover the data
Were there any actions performed inside CryoSPARC that preceded the disappearance of jobs from the interface, such as job deletion or Data Cleanup?
What kind of data backup do you have?
Yes, it seems like while clearing the intermediate results, it clears the data by mistake.
This space belong to the data collection facility so they dont keep the backup for processing
Please can you post screenshots of the UI dialog(s) and/or button(s) that were used for clearing the intermediate results in this specific case.
