Reassign ctf to micrographs from particles or previous ctf job

Once I have a consensus particle stack and want to test the results of different motioncorrection jobs with those particles picks, I will import micrographs and reassign particles, which allows me to extract and refine those particles from new micrographs with the original particles’ ctf values. Some jobs require ctf values for input micrographs, such as inspect particle picks and exposure group utilities (AssertionError: Slot exposure.ctf must be connected in connection 0!), but these jobs don’t really need the micrograph ctf.

Is there a way to bypass the micrograph ctf requirement or to assign the average from all particles on the mic or patch ctf extract them or assign ctf from a previous patch ctf job?

Have you tried enabling Output Constant CTF during micrograph import?

It worked by reassigning the new particle stack to an old micrograph stack that had ctf.
