Re-extraction particles from 1 class only

Dear colleagues,

I have the result of the 2D classification. But the particle extraction step was removed.

Is it possible to select just 1 class that I want from the 2D classification and somehow re-extracted only it from the general dataset ?

If not, is there a way to recover the particle extraction step?

2

2D selection job, choose only the class of interest, it gives “particles” and templates. Run extraction job, giving only those particles but all micrographs.
