Hi, this is a very minor thing, but I notice that in the RBMC log, the output particle trajectories do not show the whole micrograph ion each case - they seem to just show the minimal area that contains the particles on the mic. E.g. compare these two:
I think for a consistent visual comparison, it would be worth showing the whole frame for each set of trajectories.
