RBMC: Support for arbitrary extraction box size

Hi,

I suspect it’s already on the team’s roadmap, but we would find it useful to be able to use the computed trajectories and dose-weighting regime, but define an arbitrary box size for extraction, independent of the input volume; similar to RELION. We aim to address signal-delocalisation by the CTF more comprehensively at this stage, which often entails expanding the box size.

I understand the team’s already looking into allowing arbitrary F-crop values, so I won’t request this again.

Yes we’ve received several requests for this. We’ve noted the feature request and will consider it for a future release.
