Question on new version of csparc2star.py

Hi Everyone!

I update pyem to newest version and encounter some problem during conversion cryosparc particles to relion.

Previously, I use —strip-uid to keep all uid.
Now, I tried either adding strip-uid or not adding strip-uid option, results are same, uid are all removed.

What option shall I provide to keep uid? Thanks!

Another difference is now swapxy option becomes default, so I don’t need to manually add this option, right?

Can you update again? I think I fixed this on Friday.

Intended behavior: keep UIDs, remove if --strip-uid passed.

–swapxy is now the default, if you add it you will only get a warning reminding it’s not necessary.
