Does Manual Picker show the “raw” coordinates? Or the coordinates after adjusting for offsets (e.g. from alignments.3d or alignments.2d)? I am assuming the former but want to make sure

Hi @olibclarke,
The manual picker, and inspect picks, both use the raw coordinates stored in location. These don’t correct for offsets unless you’ve previously re-extracted with re-centering enabled.
