If I want to use the data processed by CryoSPARC in my paper, what informations or pictures should I use in CryoSPARC? Is there any other information should I get? It would be better to have an example.
There are plenty of published articles that used cryosparc. A little bit of research will provide all the information you require.
Dear @FengjiangLiu, please see for example this list of ~350 citations of the original cryoSPARC Nature Methods paper (published in 2017) - many of these relate to structures solved. You may want to filter the list by papers that have come out since 2018, when we implemented the full pipeline of cryoEM single particle data processing in cryoSPARC. Hope this helps!
