2D classification during Live processing allows you to provide templates and continue classification into these, it would be nice to have such a possibility for normal 2D classification, for example when I get more data and would like to assign the new particles to the classes I already have.
I have a similar issue here. Have you found a way to do this in cryosparc? I have a very heterogeneous dataset and would like to find out particles with very low abundance in my dataset. I tried to use the class_2D_stream job to manually provide a 2D template to guide the classification, but the job seems to reconstruct 2D templates using the given particles at the start of the job…
