Hi,
Local motion correction currently does not give any indication in the log as to how many micrographs have been processed and how many remain to be completed. As it is quite a long process, it would be useful if it did.
Cheers

This would still be nice to have. The single GPU version gives the number of micrographs that have been processed, but the multi-GPU version still does not, making it a bit of a guessing game as to how much time is remaining (also, running local motion correction on two GPUs seems considerably less than twice as fast as running it on a single GPU, I don’t know if this is expected?).
Also incidentally the single-GPU version seems more stable - I was trying to process ~7000 movies and the multi-GPU version silently stalled after 2600 and the two GPU cards became inaccessible, where as the single-GPU version seems perfectly stable and is still going after 5000…
