Processing datasets with different exposure parameters

Dear colleagues,

What is adviseble to do if / when I want to merge datasets with different total exposure parameters - 30e/A^2 and 60e/A^2. The pixel size is the same.
If I merge those data what shall be set in “import” protocol for Total exposure dose (e/A^2)?

I saw that in the Patch motion correction there is an option to “Allow Variable Dose”

I would probably import them separately, each with the correct dose. i.e. just run the import job twice, once for each dataset.
