Features and Functionality

General:
Export ‘Input Parameters’ for any job as a time stamped CSV file for archive and review.

Images:

Print or export Timeline View for process mapping and graphic making
Timeline highlighting - allow a click and drag (or control click) area to select a specific timeline areas to export for graphics or process review.
Export Images from Job View or Timeline view with Job numbers

Job Specific:
Quick view 3D (New) - a quick and dirty 3D structure view similar to (PDB or chimera, but with much much less features) that can be implemented after any type of 3D job to just scale density and rotate a structure in 3D for quick comparison and analysis without having to open a separate program.

3D reconstruction (Feature) - a check box that automatically outputs a .bild file instead of having to use csparc2relion (which is no longer being supported) to output a 3D scaling of particle distribution

General:

Job Que - when running from a command line it was common to que submit a job to wait for available resources to to wait an amount of time or even for another (unrelated job to finish). IT seems you can submit to que but it does not have the same options except that you can set up a chain of jobs that are specifically dependent on the output of the preceding job. IT would be nice to say wait for J### and J### to finish to account for resources.
Unless I missed somehting.

General:

2D Class Separation (A sub-job of 2D class selection) - The ability to separate classes in one job into several separate selections of classes to differentiate between sets of classes that represent distinct views or conformations without having to select from the excluded output of one job or trying to figure out which ones have already been selected if you use the same input of 2D classes.
