About half of my micrographs are showing poor CTF fit resolution, while I have set the experimental range of defocus.
I think that the there is some problem with CTF prediction.
Will you please be kind to suggest me some solutions?

Could you provide us with a few example plots from either patch CTF estimation or the exposure curation job, for movies where CTF fits are poor? Specifically the 1D CTF fit plot that shows experimental and theoretical CTF curves?
Do the images where CTF estimation is poor otherwise look fine? i.e. are there actually particles?
Also, which version of cryoSPARC are you running?
