Problem importing particle stack from Relion 3.1 to cryosparc

Hi all,
I have been recently trying to import a set of particles (using the .star and the corresponding stack .mrcs file) from relion 3.1 to cryosparc.
However, at the end I am getting the following error:

Hi, When I try to import a particle star file from a polishing job executed in relion 3.1, I get the attached error. It seems like CSPARC is trying to confirm the offsets from Angstroms to pixels and failing. If I manually change the column labels in the star file to rlnOriginX/rlnOriginY instead of rlnOriginXAngst/rlnOriginYAngst it imports correctly. Cheers Oli [image]
