Whenever I use the Volume tool to flip the hand of the refinement, the preview of the job shows the same hand as the refinement, although the job ran correctly. Is this intentional or a bug?

I believe this is because the hand-flip will flip the map along the z-axis, but the tile image is actually a projection along the z-axis (rather than a slice), so the projection image is unaffected. Do the slice plots for input/output volume look like the hand has been flipped correctly?

Yes, you are absolutely right, the map was correctly flipped along the z-axis and the projection shows the x-y plane. Thank you for clearing that up!
