I am currently testing 3DFlex on one of our projects and I am quite happy about the results. However, it has a massive amount of memory consumption since it pre-reads all particles into RAM. For some of our ressources it is no issue since we have up to 1TB RAM but those are rare. Is there a possibility to introduce a ‘pre-read particles into RAM’ button if it accompanies with the calculations, so that I can decide whether I want it in my memory or not? Alternatively, a buton to define a path to a swap memory on the local SSD?
Please let me know if one of these options would be possible.
