Potential Install Issue, failed Patch CTF Estimation

I encountered a persistent issue after running Patch CTF Estimation which can be seen throughout the event log images incldued which states

The installation code was recently repaired but I am curious if there is a component that was overlooked and this a result from that? I appreciate which ever guidance can be provided to better understand and resolve this issue

1. how the raw data were recorded (camera model, number of frames)
2. any processing performed between data acquisition and import to CryoSPARC

1. The raw data was recorded with a Ceta camera model and 1 frame at a time totaling towards 100 micrographs
2. There was no processing performed between data acquisition and import to CryoSPARC
