While running local refinement on our EXXACT workstation in cryosparc v5.0.6, the cryosparc server is unable to connect. I’ve checked cryosparc master to see if cryosparc is running, and it will report that it is not running. In that case, I’ve restarted the cryosparc instance, and everything is back to being connected. Despite the terminal reporting cryosparc to not be running, the local refinement job appears to still be running and is subsequently killed upon restarting cryosparc. We have attempted to run this job multiple times, and it results in a disconnection from the server each time. This has only happened while running local refinement.
Has anyone else experienced this? We are hoping to not have to back-track to version 4.7. Based on the job, the kill signal is only sent upon cryosparc restart and the job is still running despite server disconnect. Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated!
