Is that a standard practice to do post-processing in any program (relion, etc) after getting the results of 3D refinement in the cryosparc?
What are the possible strategies to tweak the resolution even more after 3D refinement // local refinement?

Hi Dmitry,
Yes, experimenting with different postprocessing strategies is standard practice. I would recommend apart from B-factor sharpening, to try statistical density modification in phenix.resolve_cryo_em, LocSpiral or LocalDeblur from Xmipp, and I am sure there are many others!
