Post-process of local refinement

Hi,
After a particle subtraction and local refinement job, I want to to a local 3D classification job with the subtracted particles. As I think this region in a dynamic state and I probably can get several conformations by classification or something else. However, I didn’t find a study case to do that and I don’t know how to do it . Can you give me some suggestions? (As far as I know, Relion can easily do 3D classification and revert subtracted particles after particle subtraction. But the local refinement in Relion don’t works fine on my case)

Transfer to relion after local refinement using csparc2star.py and perform masked classification, skipping alignments, would be my suggestion
