Hello everyone, I runed the patch motion correction and CTF estimation for my movies, however, the 2D CTF and 1D CTF of most images are like this. The CTF fit resultion of most images are two constant number, 34.133 and 54.200. Does any one knows what’s wrong with data? Thank you so much!!!
I see some thon-rings in the very center of the FFT, indicating high defocus. The result shows something around 100 nm defocus. I would try with a larger value for Maximum Search Defocus [A].

Have you already confirmed that the Raw pixel size (A) specified in the upstream Import Movies job was correct?
