Are there polysaccharide protein complex Cryo-EM structures?

Hi,

i am very interested too… all my proteins bind and/or are active on polysaccharides or oligosaccharides… :thinking:

any changes to observe a complex by cryoEM ?

Hi,

There is at least one structure of a glycosylated protein: PDB entry 7VDF / EMD-31916.

I just tried using the advanced search functionality of one of the PDB websites: RCSB or PDBe (they have slightly different interfaces to the same database content, I used PDBe). A quick search suggests that there are no cryoEM structures of protein/polysaccharide complexes, but I didn’t try very hard, so it’s possible I didn’t use the correct search terms.
