Hello- We have a sample that contains irregular filaments with no discernible helical symmetry. The filament takes the form multiple states octomers,heptamers… The monomers can be resolved to 2.7A with convincing density.
What would be the strategy to pick out these varied filaments as our current strategy leads to alignment to a monomer. Would there be a way to quantify relative numbers of oligomerization states?
