Phase randomized FSC?

Hi,

In addition to the FSCs currently displayed in the output, would it be possible to also display (or at least write out to the text file) the phase-randomized FSC (which is presumably used to generate the “Corrected FSC” anyway), with the resolution at which phases are randomized indicated? This can be helpful to diagnose any overfitting that might be present.

thank you! @olibclarke. One more small question, how to calculate resolution of the FSC phase randomized mask plot (according to FSC=0.143 criteria)?
