Phase Plate Data: Filtering Data by Phase Shift

Dear All,

for VPP data, does anybody know how to either select micrographs based on their fitted phase shift,

or if there is an easy way to convert the cryosparc2 format to a more readable format, parse and modify it, and then re-import

the list of selected micrographs into cryosparc2?

(PS. the idea is that we would like to only select micrographs with a certain range of phase shift)

@3P1L we will add phase shift as a column/variable in the interactive “exposure curation” job to make this easy.
