PermissionError: [Errno 13] when do the Patch CTF estimation

I have the permission error when I try to do the patch CTF estimation.
The permission of all the raw data and the imported folder been set up as 775.
But still doesn’t work.

Please can you provide some additional information:

  1. What is the relationship between directories
    /home/cryosparcuser and /mnt/nfs/data/home/cryosparcuser
  2. What are the outputs of these commands:
    whoami
stat /mnt/nfs/data/home/cryosparcuser/cryosparc/cryosparc_worker/bin/cryosparcw
ls -al /home/cryosparcuser/P5/J269
