Has anyone encountered a problem with the Patch Motion correction not writing out .cs files? I ran patch motion correction on my .tif files and the output directory motioncorrected contains the written files but it has stalled and has not produced any .cs files. I looked at the logfile but it continue to say sending heartbeat after almost 20 hours.

This was a bug in versions older than v2.12.4 where the master process of the patch motion job would die silently. Is it possible if you can update to the latest version of cryoSPARC (cryosparcm update) and try this again?
