Patch motion can't process micrographs without gain normalized?

Hi cryosparc team,

I am confused with the patch motion correct job,my movie didn’t gain normalized.So can I use the patch motion without a gain?Or where I can give the gain file.

Hi Ruirui,

You should provide your gain reference when you import the movies - cryoSPARC will then use it automatically

As previously said, CryoSPARC automatically uses the gain reference file. You can input the file in the import movie job at the parameter shown by the arrow. Also, you can actually continue without inputting it, but your micrographs won’t be gain corrected.
