I see a similar error on Patch MotionCor job when using 2 GPUs. Running with 1 GPU is OK. I am using Cuda11, I cannot really change the Cuda version since we have some 3090s on our bucket. Just FYI, we will keep it as is for now.
@stephan, Now I see it in Patch CTF job with one GPU, so we are stuck. Should I just re-install, which takes a lot of time due to our huge database? We are using v3.2.0 with cuda 11.2.0
