Particle counts shown above micrograph should be values after threshold application

Hi,

The particle counts shown next to the colored bars immediately above the micrograph are currently raw picks, not the numbers after application of NCC and power thresholds, and hence they do not correspond to the number of particles actually shown on the micrograph.

It would be better if these numbers updated with the application of thresholds, as it gives the user a better idea of how many particles they “actually” have.

I would also suggest an additional layer, for particles selected after 2D, so the user can see live on the micrograph which selected 2D classes correspond to which particles on the micrograph.

Cheers
Oli

I second this suggestion for the ‘actual’ particle count. Currently it is rather confusing.

Thanks!
