Would it be possible to get a more detailed description for the procedure of multi-reference refinement (heterogeneous refinement) as well as suggestions on parameters to tweak?
It wasn’t discussed in the original paper (because it wasn’t in the initial version of cryoSPARC), and there aren’t many descriptions of the multi-reference specific parameters that I can find.
