Overview Tab features

Hi developers,

I love using cryoSPARC, especially Live. One thing that would be helpful would be an improvement of the Overview Tab.

Firstly, inclusion of a way to type in the thresholds instead of using the graphical selection tools.

Second, a filter for Total Local Motion (pix) would be very helpful. I often find this correlates closely with grid quality.

Input boxes for thresholds are now available in the new cryoSPARC Live v3.0+ :slight_smile:
